Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-02

These Terms govern Blendstra's website, workspaces, hosted modeling, model pages, embeds, APIs, and agent tools (the “Service”). They are an agreement between you and Fenceline, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Fenceline,” “we,” or “us”).

By accepting these Terms or using the Service after being given notice of them, you agree to them. If you use Blendstra for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. These Terms apply to Blendstra; they do not replace separate agreements for Fenceline's other products.

1. Your account and connected agents

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the content you submit and the instructions and permissions you authorize, including through agents, apps, and workspace members. Review an integration's permissions before connecting it. An authorized agent may read, create, edit, share, or delete information within its granted access. Review consequential actions and revoke connections you no longer trust.

A third-party AI provider or app has its own terms and privacy practices. Fenceline does not control that provider or guarantee its outputs or availability.

2. Your content and ownership

“Your Content” includes models, source files, scripts, images, textures, references, descriptions, and other material you submit or create through the Service. As between you and Fenceline, you retain the rights you have in Your Content. We do not claim ownership merely because you use Blendstra.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and share Your Content as you instruct. Third-party assets, product designs, trademarks, and other protected material remain subject to their owners' rights. AI-generated work may not be unique or qualify for intellectual-property protection.

You may use your own models for personal or commercial purposes to the extent you hold the necessary rights. Blendstra does not provide clearance of third-party rights.

3. Permission to operate the Service

You grant Fenceline a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, convert, render, transmit, and display Your Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service and carry out your instructions. We may permit our service providers to do that work for us under appropriate obligations.

For private content, this license does not authorize public promotion or unrelated use. For content you publish, it permits the public model page, embeds, previews, and sharing features you enable. If you list a model in Explore, we may also feature that model and its attribution within Blendstra's discovery surfaces.

This license lasts while needed for those purposes, including limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. It does not give Fenceline a general license to sell your source files or use private project content to train general-purpose AI models.

4. Public models, downloads, and remixes

Publishing is a deliberate sharing choice. A public link is accessible to anyone who obtains it, even if it is not listed in Explore. Public content may be linked, indexed, embedded, or copied by others. An interactive viewer necessarily delivers model data to a visitor's browser; it is not copy protection.

You control the available source-download and remix settings. Before enabling them, review source files and embedded assets for private information and third-party restrictions. A link that follows the current project may expose later versions; a fixed-version link shares the selected result.

People who access a model must follow its stated license, attribution requirements, and permissions. Viewing a model alone grants no right to manufacture the depicted product, use another party's trademarks, or redistribute the editable source.

If you enable source download, you permit the download and use described by your stated license and these Terms. If you enable remixing, you permit users to create, retain, and edit a copy through Blendstra and publish their resulting variations on Blendstra with original attribution, subject to any stated license. Without a separate license, these feature permissions do not grant unrestricted redistribution or commercial exploitation outside those uses. Do not enable permissions that conflict with rights you hold or a license you display.

Revoking a publication stops future access through that publication, subject to processing and cache delays. It cannot retrieve copies already obtained or undo rights already granted under an applicable license. Copies and variations lawfully made before revocation may remain subject to their original permissions and attribution requirements.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Blendstra to:

  • Violate the law or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Publish unlawful content, threats, targeted harassment, or sexual exploitation material.
  • Upload malicious code, steal credentials, access another person's private work, or interfere with the Service.
  • Evade access controls, resource limits, or suspensions, including through abusive automated requests.
  • Misrepresent a model's source, endorsement, license, accuracy, or creator.

Agents and automated integrations must follow these rules too. Report security concerns through Support and avoid accessing private data or disrupting other users.

6. Models require judgment

Models, measurements, product descriptions, and AI-generated results can be incomplete or wrong. Inspect results and independently verify dimensions, licenses, physical fit, safety, and suitability before relying on them.

Unless separately agreed in writing, Blendstra does not certify models for engineering, construction, manufacturing, medical, or other safety-critical use. A visual resemblance, saved version, or successful operation is not a professional certification or manufacturer endorsement.

Keep independent copies of important work. Version history helps you revisit saved work but is not a guarantee of indefinite storage or recovery.

7. Early access, limits, and future charges

The current Blendstra offering is free during early access, with feature availability and capacity limits. Hosted creation may be restricted to enabled workspaces.

We may adjust features and limits to operate the Service responsibly. Free access does not promise unlimited use or permanent availability. Third-party providers may charge separately.

Before introducing charges for your use, we will disclose the applicable prices and payment terms and obtain your agreement. We will not retroactively charge for usage provided as free or automatically enroll you in a paid subscription.

8. Suspension, removal, and ending use

You may stop using Blendstra at any time and use available controls or contact us to request deletion. Export important files before deletion; permanent deletion cannot be reversed.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, a legal requirement, a security risk, or material harm to the Service or others. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about an error. Urgent situations may require action without advance notice.

We may change or discontinue the Service. For a material discontinuation, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export available content where practical and lawful. Retention and deletion remain subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Rights concerns and copyright reports

Report alleged infringement to support@fenceline.ai with “Blendstra copyright” in the subject. Identify the protected work, the model or other material and its URL, your contact details, and the basis for your report. We may request the statements or other information required for a formal legal notice.

We may remove or restrict disputed material, notify the uploader, and allow an appropriate response. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A copyright report must be accurate and made in good faith.

10. Service disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service and content provided by Fenceline are offered “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every defect will be corrected, or that content is accurate, secure against every threat, or suitable for your purpose.

These disclaimers do not exclude any warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fenceline and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Fenceline for Blendstra during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory statutory rights remain intact.

12. Business-user responsibility for third-party claims

If you use Blendstra for a business, you will defend Fenceline against third-party claims to the extent caused by Your Content infringing their rights or by your unlawful or intentional misuse of the Service, and pay resulting damages and reasonable legal costs.

We must promptly notify you, reasonably cooperate, and let you control the defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by Fenceline or imposes nonmonetary obligations on us without our consent. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Fenceline's own breach, negligence, or misconduct.

13. Disputes and governing law

Please first contact support@fenceline.ai so we can try to resolve a concern informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or taking steps needed to preserve a legal claim.

Delaware law governs these Terms, without its conflict-of-laws rules. Unless mandatory law gives you another right, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Delaware, and the parties consent to those courts. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and court-access rights of their home jurisdiction.

14. Updates and other terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. We will post the revised version and its effective date. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice through the Service or another appropriate method, except where an immediate change is needed for law or security. Changes apply prospectively. We will request additional agreement where required by law.

These Terms and any applicable written agreement are the entire agreement for Blendstra. A signed agreement controls in a conflict. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party may transfer this agreement without the other's consent, except as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of the relevant business, subject to your mandatory rights and the Privacy Policy.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including accrued obligations, content permissions already granted, liability limits, and dispute terms, survive.
